Program Creation
The KAUST International School requested the development of a garden program engaging all K-12 students and incorporates the full life cycle of food.
In a nutshell
KAUST International School was interested in the visioning and creation a food/garden (edible education) program including an learning spaces, resources, staffing and curricular connections related to the success of such a program with a possibility of expanding the program throughout the Kingdom.
Deliverables
Stage One: Market analysis of successful programs globally; Visioning workshop with key stakeholders (i.e. students, parents, teachers, administrators, staff); Roadmap including vision, strategic goals, resource requirements, and curriculum integration.
Stage Two: Integrated stakeholder ideas into a final garden design, creation of garden and kitchen inventories, and coaching sessions with the Edible Education Coordinator.

Program Review
The American School of Doha requested a formal review of their high school Learning-Service program as well as regionally appropriate recommendations.
In a nutshell
The American School of Doha was interested in a ‘critical friend’ review of programs, opportunities, student experiences, documentation and the balance between the needs of the programs and future considerations. They also wanted to know how their programs compare with schools in the MENA region.
Deliverables
An in-person visit included a number of focus group sessions with stakeholders (i.e. administration, coordinators, teacher advisors and student leaders); creation of a data collection tool to determine similar programs' systems and structures; a written review of the program and recommendations for consideration as ASDoha continues its development of the programs.

Curriculum Development
The American Community School of Abu Dhabi is trantitioning from a co-curricular service model to K-12 aligned curriculum integration.
In a nutshell
The ACS transition involves an integrated curricular focus that co-creates and documents service learning experiences within the academic curriculum. It cultivates a shared understanding across divisions and ensures that developmentally appropriate service learning is connected to learning outcomes.
Deliverables
This work involves ongoing collaboration with school leadership, curriculum coordinators, coaches, and teaching teams including facilitation of planning sessions, co-design of integrated units, and development of a documentation framework aligned with school values and curriculum standards. A tailored toolkit supports sustainable documentation across grade levels and offers recommendations for embedding service learning.
